For a display to operate stably over a long period, it is not only necessary for the factory to have various production management systems in place (ISO 9001/IATF 16949/ISO 13485), but also to carry out rigorous AOI inspection during the TFT LCD lamination process.

We carry out 100 per cent AOI inspection during the FOG manufacturing process.

The minimum number of conductive particles in the IC is 5, whilst the minimum number in the FPC is 10.
