Optical bonding is a method of laminating TFT LCD and CTP panels using optical materials. This technology utilises transparent adhesives, such as optical clear adhesive (OCA) or optical clear resin (OCR), to bond the various layers together and eliminate air gaps. This process enhances the display’s performance and sensitivity:

To ensure long-term stability, we adhere to a comprehensive quality management system (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 13485) and strict process controls. During the component soldering process, we carry out 100 per cent AOI inspection to verify the filling condition and the quality of electrical connections.

Our internal standards require a minimum of 5 conductive particles on the IC side and a minimum of 10 conductive particles on the FPC side; this helps to minimise packaging-related risks and enhance reliability in both industrial and external applications.
