We apply 100% AOI inspection throughout the FOG process to automatically detect alignment issues, contamination, and bonding defects that may cause intermittent failure.
To ensure reliable conduction, we verify conductive particle distribution with clear criteria: ≥5 particles at the IC area and ≥10 particles at the FPC area. This in-process AOI standard improves consistency, yield, and long-term reliability.
