AOI For Quality Guarantee

If a display can work stably for a long time, not only requires the factory have a various production system (ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO13485) , but also with strict AOI inspection for TFT LCD bonding.

We 100% made AOI during the FOG manufacturing process. The number of conductive particles in IC is at least 5, in FPC is 10.

A: Yes. It integrates a USB capacitive touch panel (CTP) for easy plug-in touch connection to your host system.

Q2: What touch controller IC is used?
A: The touch controller IC is ILI2511.

Q3: What is the operating and storage temperature range?
A: Operating temperature: -30°C to +80°C. Storage temperature: -30°C to +85°C.

Q4: Can you customize brightness, cover glass, or touch performance?
A: Yes. We support customization for backlight brightness, cover lens shape/thickness, surface treatments (AG/AR/AF), and touch tuning (glove/wet touch/noise immunity).
