AOI Inspection for Quality Assurance
To secure stable operation and high bonding reliability, we implement 100% AOI inspection in the FOG bonding process, supported by quality systems including ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 13485.
AOI verifies bonding alignment and conductive particle distribution. Our internal criteria are:-

Q1: Is this optical bonding / full bonding?
A: No. This version uses frame mounting (non-bonded) touch structure. If you need optical bonding, we can evaluate it as a customized option.
Q2: What is the touch structure?A: GG capacitive touch (Glass+Glass) for higher durability in industrial applications.
Q3: What touch interface do you support?A: Touch can be configured for USB or I²C depending on your system.
Q4: Can you customize the cover glass and front appearance?A: Yes. We support custom cover lens shape, thickness, black mask, logo printing, and AG/AR/AF surface treatment.
