AOI voor kwaliteitsgarantie
Long-term display stability depends on certified manufacturing (ISO 9001/IATF 16949/ISO 13485) and strict AOI control during the TFT LCD lamination process.
We apply 100 per cent AOI inspection throughout the FOG manufacturing process to automatically detect alignment issues, contamination and bonding defects that could lead to intermittent faults.
To ensure reliable conductivity, we apply clear standards to verify the distribution of conductive particles: ≥5 particles in the IC area and ≥10 particles in the FPC area. These in-process AOI standards help to improve consistency, yield and long-term reliability.
