Optische Bonding
Optical lamination is a method of bonding TFT LCD and CTP panels together using optical materials. This technology utilises transparent adhesives, such as liquid optical adhesives like optical clear adhesive (OCA) or optical clear resin (OCR), to bond the various layers together, thereby eliminating air gaps. This process enhances the display’s performance and readability in the following ways:
- Het elimineren van luchtgaten om lichtreflectie en verstrooiing te verminderen
- Verhinder dat stof en vocht het scherm binnendringen
- Verbeter de nauwkeurigheid en gevoeligheid van het aanraakscherm, vermindert valse aanrakingen en vertragingen
