Optical BondingOptical bonding is a method of bonding TFT LCDs and CTPs using optical materials. This technology utilises transparent adhesives, such as optically clear adhesives (OCA) or optically clear resins (OCR) – liquid optical adhesives – to bond the various layers together, thereby eliminating air gaps. This process enhances the display’s performance and readability:
- Eliminating air gaps to reduce light reflection and scattering
- Prevent dust and moisture from entering the display
- Improve touch screen accuracy and sensitivity, reducingfalse touches and delays
- Enhancing the display’s performance to work steadily for a long time in harsh environments.

AOI For Quality Guarantee
To ensure that displays can operate stably over long periods, it is not only necessary for the factory to have various production systems in place (ISO 9001/IATF 16949/ISO 13485), but also for strict AOI inspections to be carried out during TFT LCD lamination.
We carry out 100 per cent AOI inspection during the FOG manufacturing process.
The number of conductive particles in the IC is at least five, whilst the number in the FPC is ten.
